Jess is a dually Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) who holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Denver. Jess is also an Approved Treatment Provider (ATP) through the Department of Corrections. She specializes in working with adolescents and families struggling with substance use, behavior, depression, anxiety, trauma, and many other issues impacting an individual’s ability to live a fulfilled life. Jess strives to provide her clients a warm, trusting, and judgement-free space while honoring her client’s experiences. She has an integrated therapeutic approach using methods informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. In her free time, she spends time with her family camping, traveling, watching movies, listening to music, and cooking. Jess looks forward to walking alongside her clients as they process their experiences in a compassionate and collaborative space.
